At Counseling Centers of Arkansas, our team of licensed therapists has over 30 years of combined experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. We specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma counseling, and relationship issues.
We offer various evidence-based counseling services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, perinatal therapy, and EMDR trauma counseling therapy. We also provide specialized services for children and adolescents and support for LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
Individual and family sessions, as well as groups, supportive and therapeutic, are planned to be offered.
